Geemarc LH101 LoopHear Portable Induction Loop How?:

The LoopHear's built-in microphone (range approximately 1.5m -2.0m) picks up the speakers voice and relays it to your hearing aid. Using the external microphone (supplied free) it can pick up sound at a greater distance, such as a small meeting room. This lightweight unit includes, within the casing:- an induction loop, a built-in amplifier and an internal microphone.
